- create competing products using Company information
12. Product Safety
Users agree to:

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
The Black Journey shall not be liable for:

19. Governing Law
United States Users
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Jamaican Users
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica.
International Users
The Company may determine the appropriate governing law based on the user’s primary place of residence, the location of the transaction, or the jurisdiction with the closest connection to the dispute.
20. Arbitration
Disputes shall first be resolved through:

For U.S. users, arbitration shall follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association. For Jamaican users, arbitration shall follow the rules of the Dispute Resolution Foundation of Jamaica, unless the parties agree otherwise.
